OEM lip is actually a bit more complicated to install. You have to align a lot up before you get to any drilling.
Brought mine to a shop, they thought it was gonna' be easy. They were gonna' charge $50.
When they got their hands on the installation instructions that came along with it, they doubled to price tag.

 

Oh crap nvm, I misread the thread and I thought you were talking about a decklid spoiler or something

 

Thanks for the heads up. I got luck today and went to a collision center called Crossroad collision, they are based out of Deer Park. The charged $20 and put it on. I guess it's about the luck of the draw.
