I had an appointment with Tim from Fix Rim mobile rim repair to come to my house to repair rims on both of our cars at 10:00. 10:15 rolls around and I call Wheels America (their homebase) just to see if Tim was on his way yet. The gentlemen who answered the phone tells me that Tim is not coming and had to cancel all his appointments today and will reschedule for Monday. WTF?! No one called me to cancel.

I got mad and asked why did Tim not call to cancel. If I hadn't called, I would have waited around all morning. I had already scheduled around this appointment and taken time off from work that I will not recover. It was a good thing I didn't bother removing my wheels yet. The gentlemen apologized and mentioned something about a broken window or something and that I could still bring it to the shop. I don't care and that's not the point. If I wanted to bring it down to the shop, I wouldn't have scheduled an appointment with Fix Rim! Regardless of the situation and I had an appointment with a client, I would call the client to let them know ASAP I was cancelling. They may do good work, but their professionalism is FUBAR.

Fix Rim is never getting my business.
