Help with a Totaled 06 G35 Sedan (Roxy)

So i was in a bit of a wreck this weekend that resulted in the back of my my 06 G35 Sedan being destroyed (hit and run). I was sitting still when the guy rammed me. I got out of the car and the guy proceeds to speed off. Luckily He left the imprint of his License plate in my bumper!!! So, i decided to track him down and take pics of his car

The insurance company declared the car a total loss. I was wondering if anyone could help me find out potential reimbursement prices i should expect for my 06 Sedan (Her name was Roxy):

Black on black leather
Factory Navigation
6 Cd CHanger (mp3)
Bluetooth
Moonroof
Luxury Package
Sport Package
Brushed Aluminum wheels
Spoiler

She was fully loaded. Insurance guy said he rated her as "Above average" on all aspects of the car and then complimented me for keeping the engine bay clean

Oops, forgot to post pics of his car

This is the imprint of the license plate and the damage to his car. Notice that he ran off even though his airbags deployed......douche.

My insurance said I would be contacted within the next 48 hrs for reimbursement and there should be some room for negotiation......just trying to get as good a price as possible.

run your car by KBB and demand full "Suggested Retail" value.

After all it's either that guy or his ins company that will pickup the bill.

OUCH. I remember when I got rear-ended by a tow truck owned by Mega Interests Towing/Rhonda Lane Towing just 2 years after I got my car and the damage was way worse than yours, but because the car was so new and held its value it wasn't possible to total it out. No police report meant my insurance paid out of pocket because they couldn't make the tow company pay. I still have pics I can share.

+1 on the starting with the KBB retail and figure on going down some.

Im in the insurance business. We use NADA to get the value of a car. If you dont mind, PM me your coverage's on your policy and I can guide you the right way.

Who is your current insurance provider ?
