Ok it's not in Austin, it's in plugerville but I would recommend it to anyone leaving in Austin. Jerry's wheel alignment and tire. I took my lowered G to firestone and I don't even think they tried messing with the adjustable toe bolts. I got a quote from soul speed and it was going to be $150 and my appt was two weeks out. I don't like dealing with those guys anyway, they are not very friendly and lack customer service skills. Jerry said he would do it for $90 out the door. These are good guys that do honest work and it's not everyday you find business owners like Jerry. These guys aren't going to screw you by charging you too much or recommending unnessecary work. I'm taking my car back to get my rotors resurfaced and anytime I have anything else I can't do on my own I'll be calling them first to see if they can do it.

 

Jerry does good work, he has been our sponsor for over a year now. Soulspeed does a crappy job and like you said their customer service is not so good.
