My favorite gun
#31
I carry Springfield XD .40S&W.
But the thread said "My favorite gun." That would be a tough one. I own two Mausers (M48 & K98k) and I have 2 black rifles (Bushmaster Patrolman's carbine-modded and DPMS LR-308-modded). But it's still a toss-up since I love the 30-06 coming from a 1903A3 or an M1 Garand. That's just a small part of my collection. They each have a "favorite" factor that makes it difficult for me to put one higher on a pedestal than another.
I'm not from Texas. Wish I was. Living in Vegas. Tucson, AZ is home.

Loud is an understatement. I have no muzzle brake on mine. Bull barrel all the way out. So standing beside it is near painful. I've considered adding a brake or go ***** out and have it drilled for a silencer. Mine has the floating foregrip and Docter Optics 8X fixed scope on top. A couple trick parts here and there as well as a bipod and 4 mags.

I had One and it was my Yukon's gun. In the middle of the night about 4 months ago some one stole it and left 1 of the three mags. If you want it let me know. mine was threaded and was in the works of getting it suppressed and bam gone

after reading many pages to make and informed dicision I bought a Ruger 380 LCP auto. the test using the Hornady 90 grain Critical Defense ammo passed the FBI tests by going thru 3 layers of denum and 11" of media. It comes with a clip of 6 + 1 in chamber. the author of the article brought down full sized deer with it which convinced me that for $299 the craftsmanship was well worth the money.
