Does anyone know where I can go to get an inspection sticker in the Houston area? I have tinted lights and some other **** that just won't fly. It's my own damn fault, I know... Just need a point in the right direction. Please PM me with a good shop location and specifics.

 

Inspection? What, does the state inspect your vehicle annually or biannually to make sure there's nothing 'illegal' on it? That's f'd up!

 

Nows a perfect time to take off the Tailight tint and leave it off

 

lot of states around here do it. Used to check everything. Tint, horn, lights etc. now it's just emissions

 

Time to file those away with clear lights, altezza's and GTS light covers

 

A monkey with a spray bottle could remove the tint on your lights, DIY might take all of 15 minutes! What other mods are you concerned about?

Back when I was in high school (1971) I had an MGB roadster that had a cracked tail light lens. I borrowed one from a girl I knew that had an MGC, got my sticker and gave it back. But, yes there are State Inspection centers that are more lenient than others. If you live in Harris, Dallas or Bexar Counties though, forget it.

 

My coils were cut with a grinder, to get low. I can just feel you guys cringe. Sorry, I'm just nasty like that. I've got no bumper reinforcement bar on the back, kit wouldn't fit with it. Also, my side markers on the front are shaved because the look of them displeased me.

I know that I'm G35ing all wrong, and was reluctant to reach out on these forums, but I'm an American damnit and it's my god given right to do stupid stuff to my car.

If someone could help me out ill promise not to put under glow and a fog machine under it.
