I just took it in for an oil change. The dealer told me about the audio circuit board thing. He told me it would prevent problems w/ the audio and climate subsystems (locking up and such.) I had zero problems before with these things. After they serviced my car, I was driving home and found out my cdplayer didn't work anymore. "Check Disk" message.
So I turned around and they fixed it pretty quickly.
Prior time I went for a service, they didn't install the driver's side windshield wiper properly. I didn't find out until I was driving down to LA. It rained the whole way. The windshield wiper did nothing but smear water across the glass, making visibility worse. It was raining so hard I didn't want to stop and play with it, so I just drove w/o using the blades. I found that water sheeting off the glass was better than smearing it around.
