Whistling sound from engine (?) when going over 35

Whistling sound from engine (?) when going over 35
I have a '04 G35, and anytime I go above 35mph I get this weird low pitched whistling sound from the front of the car. Sounds like its coming from the engine block. This has be going on for about 2 months, and I'm trying to fix it now. Any Ideas or help?
