Angry I swear that I have a TSB Edition G35 Coupe

Alright, well I have to vent somewhere and well, what better place than to let other fellow owners hear me bitch about it....As much as I love my G...and Trust me...I DO....I'm really starting to think about trading it in for an Acura TL (read the specs) good/bad, opinions are welcome. Yes, it's no Sports Coupe and it won't turn heads like da G does..but c'mon on!!!! I didn't pay close to 40G's to have ongoing "warranty" work on my car. What am I to expect when I'm out of warranty??

Latest news: New Bose Stereo had to be ordered and YES... a new A/C compressor because it just decided to stop working or function when it feels like it. Even the dealer wasn't sure what was going on with it.

Yes, I've had nothing but great service from Sewell Infiniti, don't get me wrong, but I've never experienced so many "issues" with a new car, especially for this much money.

Anyone feel as frustrated as I do...at least sometimes...I'm sure when I get my baby back I'll be more at ease...but DAMN IT should I start looking into the lemon law for my G????.....

So far...
1. Suspension part replaced for pulling to the right
2. Motor assemblies for windows replaced twice
3. Fuel Pump Assembly
4. Fuel Line Dampener
5. Bose Stereo (being replaced)
6. A/C Compressor (being replaced)

I think you should check the lemon laws. I can't remember really, but Texas Lemon Laws have something that says, if you car breaks down X amount of times in Y time span, then it's considered a lemon and should be exchanged or something to that effect.

Look up Lemon Laws for sure,

Also contact Infiniti Corporate for help. My uncle had something like 3-4 diff things that they had to fix on his s500 back when they came out, was real pissed contacted corperate and they shipped out another s500 with zero miles to whatever specs he chose only then did he turn in his.

Just gotta get agressive w. them soemtimes.

Lemon Law Is If The Same Problem Over And Over Again. It Does Suck That New Cars Have Problems That Why There Is A Warranty To Take Care Of Those Issues. Just Think If There Was Not A Warranty And U Had To Pay For All The Minor Problems That U Are Having, Thats When I Would Be Po. Be It Acura Or Porsche All Cars Will Have Problems Some More Than Others. My 03 W/ 30k Has Some Small Issues, My 05 Has Small Issues And I Drive Them Very Hard. So The Lemon Law Will Not Apply For Your Problem, And Knowing The Guys At Sewell They Are Top Notch And Want To Fix It Right The First Time.

sorry man, mine has had it fair share of problems too...just hope nothing else fails on mine for awhile. atleast you're taking it to sewell...crest doesn't seem to know wtf is going on. their parts department never has anything in stock and the lack of communication between their mechanics and the service advisor's is ridiculous.

Thats a hell of a list...sadly I can compete.
Homelink replaced
driver window motors replaced.
passenger window motor being replaced this wednesday 11/16
ignition key gets stuck randomly and car can't be started (also 11/16)
drivers seat (lower) replaced
passenger seat rocking (11/16 also)
drivers door lower molding
weird engine belt problems (11/16)
gas tank sending unit and something in the guage cluster (1/2 to 3/4 tank fill only)
and of course the tons of the traditional squeaks and rattles, brakes & tires after 20k, inner front tire wear.......and the list goes on!

and I think I still missed a few! It's pretty sad that some of us have this many freakin problems! Mine is only an 04 w/ 47k on it.
I fell in love with the car the first time I saw a picture pre-release, then I saw it in person and test drove it...that sealed the deal. Now...after all these problems....I'm actually starting to regret my purchase! At this rate, another 5 or so months an no more warranty....I most likely will have to get rid of my baby or start working street corners to pay for repairs!

"gas tank sending unit and something in the guage cluster (1/2 to 3/4 tank fill only)"

it's probably the gas tank shutter valve, there is a tsb on that...
i had both of those replaced also.

Do You Have To Write Like This With All Caps And Run On Sentences Because It Is Very Annoying?
