Rear Axle Clicking Noise for all 2004's?

I took it for service several times and they lubed it and after the second time they replaced the bearings and stuff. there was still clicking and i just leaned to live with them. But when i put on my 17" winter wheels the clicking noise went away but just today i put back on my 18" wheels and heard the clicking noise again!
found your message via the search function...I too have a clicking noise, but I believe it may be from the center caps on the 18's. I am still searching to try to find a thread before I toss out a new thread on the list.
