UTEC....Worth it

Thanks Trey. I would have hoped he tuned it himself. I would have enjoyed reading how they do that. Also oddly enough, it looks like he only had the a/f tuned. No ign tuning.

The couple tuners I have spoken to around here have told me they like the UTEC "way, way better" than any Greddy EM product. I didn't ask for a lot of details.

ok ok so in the end guys with just the bolt -ons i have on now,as stated in the 1st page.... is UTEC worth the money or should i just save up for other bolt ons and eventually FI?

I believe it is worth it.

I had a Crawford plenum, Crawford high-flow cats, and HKS exhaust. Hours before the Utec install and tune, I put down 243whp/234wtq. Later on that day, my car put down 260whp/250wtq. This wasn't just peake power either...this was throughout the entire RPM band.
