I have been lately working with my EU (Love it!) but I am having trouble getting the knock sensor to read. I selected Non-Resonant but it is giving me frequnces to pick from. I thought that Non-Resonant meant it does not go off a certain frequency? Even still I cannot select the knock sensor on the data logger. It is there but it will not allow me to check it. If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it very much!!

I can't answer your question but how was the install and have you had good luck with playing with the timing? ie.. advancing it?

 

The install was so easy I got the greddy plug and play harness made for the G35 I high recommend it! I might need to advance the timing but I am not sure I dont want to start knocking, which in that case I would have to retard the ignition or use a higher octance gas, or figure some way to cool the air more coming into the engine.


Go down to NIS (Nissan) and right above the 350Z is the G35 harness which is the same harness.

OP, how did you solve the issue? I've been looking into different EMUs and this one was one on the list as well. Just curious how you fixed the problem
