UpRev Osiris Question(s)
So I got back from the dyno and I'm running pretty lean from all of my breather mods. I've beene mailing UpRev this week asking a few questions before I finished all of the installs. Now that I'm done, I know I'm lean and since it's the weekend, I have no way of getting in touch with them (unless someone can PM me a phone number, Matt didn't leave one in his emails).
Can the stock fuel pump compensate for headers, MREV2, spacer, intake, test pipes?
Basically, after I purchase UpRev, it should be able to put my AFR in optimal range. Will I need to purchase anything else?

Pull 1 was done in 5th gear as it is 1.00:1
Pull 2 was done in 4th gear just to see if there would be any difference.
As you can see 6,500-7,000 RPMs the AFR isn't that bad. Before that is what scares me. Plus I am pulling code P2A00 which is:
"AF sensor 11 range/performance problem"
Probable causes:
1 - Excessive rich or lean condition
2 - Exhaust leak near sensor
3 - Failed AF sensor

You are definately running very lean from 2.5 to 6.5k rpms.
The UpRev Osiris should correct that down to around 13 flat through all RPM's, which means there's more power to be made in the low & mid range
Also, make sure you data log your AFR with the cipher tool and check your AFR after the flash with the cipher diagnostic tool that comes with the package. You can send them the data (they will ask for about 5 different types of logs) and they would fine tune the AFR with e-tuning... for free.
Goodluck!

Thanks for the reply skater. I had emailed Matt @ UpRev at the same time, but I figured he wouldn't respond today. He did, which is awesome.
I went ahead and ordered Osiris. And he also confirmed what you said, no need to purchase additional hardware.
I was wanting to get it later on, just not now. But it's all groovy.

"Punkidd" is one of the UpRev guys, and he's answered basically any question you throw at him. Great guy, excellent company.

Actually, your AFRs are pretty normal. The stock ECU tunes your car for 14.7 AFR. It looks like you're right around 15, which, considering the tolerance and the amount of use the WBO2 sensor you used, should be just fine. You could drive like that all day long until your car falls apart and not have to worry.
Here's one of my many datalogs. Ignore the RPMs. This is what your AFR looks like when under about 6k rpms, even if you're near WOT, and especially if your ECU has adapted to Highway driving. The peaks are about 15.8 AFR, the troughs are 14.2 AFR. This particular datalog was done with MD 5/16 spacer, K&N drop-in filter, headers, & HFCs with Emanage to about 8 months ago and was taken using my Zeitronix WBO2.

dTor,
In regards to NA: Many, actually all tuners that I have spoken with, they confirm that 13 all throughout the RPM is the ideal AFR for power.
Ofcourse, it's usually a bit out of wach from as low as 1500-2500, but it can still be set to 13.
I remember seeing Punkidd e-tuning someone's osiris: it ranged from 13.2-13.0 through out the whole powerband

Thanks guys. The Triangle Z club got Carolina Auto Masters in Durham, NC to host the event. This is what they listed on their web site: "Carolina Auto Masters features a Dynojet 248H (high inertia) with LoadTrak load control, and integrated wideband O2 logging."

JB, I ordered my Osiris package on Saturday. I talked to Jared on Monday. Basically my ECU is too new. They sent out the package. When I get it I will pull the ECU rom and email it to them. He said it would take them about a week.
It's hopeful but I am hoping for around 275whp when they get through with it. I was shooting for was 260whp when I went. I had no idea about what kind of tq gain I would have.
After Osiris, the only mod(s) I have planned in terms of performance is to pick up a cat back exhaust (Probably XO2) and Gords Grounding Gear. Then a few cosmetics and a few suspension, but nothing too crazy.

I remember reading that someone else had to do that too.
