Does the Technosquare ECU include dyno tuning?

Does the Technosquare ECU include dyno tuning?
I was wondering if anyone knew if in-person technosquare ecu reflashes included dyno tuning. I don't know where, but I remember hearing that 1 hour was included.
If not, does anyone know if technosquare has a dyno at their facility that they can charge for? i'm sure they do, but just asking.

They dont have a dyno at their shop. There is one in a near by shop that they use but it has to be scheduled ahead of time.
