is a Utec needed

i have an 04 and the SES light loves to be on, i have replaced both cat o2 sensors with the non-fouler method now im replacing both header o2 sensors. i have been throwing codes p1283, p1274, p1167 ect. all codes that deal with o2 sensors. i have reseted the ECU even took it to the dealer, they have been cool about all my mods. so im thinking a utec and a tune is needed. i have a CAI, plenum spacer, headers, Crawford HFC, Exhaust. so after each ECU reset the SES coming on about 40-50 miles after the reset. could it be the connector that the cat o2 sensors hook up to not the sensor it self? or just get a utec and tune?

I had a similar situation way back with the an Injen intake, 1/2 Plenum Spacer, and HKS exhuast. I threw an SES light and took it to the dealer. I was told that my idle needed to be reset and the ECu reset. My codes went away. BTW have you changed the o2 sensors?

they said they did the idle rest and the ECU reset. i have changed the cat o2 sensors, im also changing the headers o2's so all o2 will be new. ok so should i just do a utech with a custom tune or a reflash with a custom tune?
