03 G35 sedan ECM reprogram?

Hi all, I just got my car back from my mechanic who help me replace my throttle body and after he replace it, my engine light came on. And he was working on it for half a day and told me that I need to take it back to the dealer to get the ECM reprogrammed. Has anybody has this issue before? Can this is done by myself? I just spend about $400 for parts and labor to get this done and I called the dealer and they said it will cost me another $120 to get it reprogrammed. Help any advise will help!! Thanks

Tony

This is straight from the FSM:

"Perform the “Throttle Valve Closed Position Learning” when harness
connector of electric throttle control actuator is disconnected.
Refer to EC-92, "Throttle Valve Closed Position
Learning" .
Perform the “Idle Air Volume Learning” and “Throttle Valve
Closed Position Learning” when electric throttle control actuator
is replaced. Refer to EC-93, "Idle Air Volume Learning" ."

If you do the idle air volume learning procedure and let the car idle for 90 sec or so, you should be good.
