03 6mt coupe before/after osiris tune

first off, i dynoed at munkywerks in hawaii. our only authorized tuner for osiris, thankgoodness we have one.

Mod List: altered atmosphere 3" true-dual exhaust
injen short ram intake
cosworth intake manifold

first dyno is before osiris and second dyno is after osiris installed. sean put the dyno from the second one onto the first to show difference. 2nd dyno i have a exhaust leak by where the cats and the exhaust bolt together.

nice gains. stock plenum with a spacer typically shows a lot more performance for NA. If you plan to go FI though, keep it. Its a winner for FI.

Good dyno and interesting to see that the dyno reflects what cosworth intended to do with the plenum.

In the first graph, there are three runs that are light in color. Is that prior to tune? Even the one that is significantly higher then the other two? By the way, do you have a baseline of the car when it was stock?

Yes prior to tune. The two closer together is with intake and exhaust. The third one apart from the two is with the manifold. The red line is after Osiris tune, really helped the manifold shine. Sean told me if I can fix my exhaust leak I can get a better dyno. But I'm waiting to get the motordyne tdx and test pipe or hfc

Nice numbers...Out of curiosity why are you running a 3" TD exhaust on an NA application? Correct me if Im wrong, but isn't the 3" exhaust hindering you in NA form? The AAM 3" TD exhaust is more intended for boost (Turbo applications). Not knocking you just curious...Im thinking you would see even better results with a 2.5" set up and a Y Pipe...

Nice Numbers dude. I just had my G tuned at Sonic Motorsports using COBB Handheld tuner. Got 280WHP after my tune! I was going to try the place u went, but I did not buy the Orsis tuner.

Here my Dyno Pic. No TQ numbers on this sheet. still waiting for more updated sheets from my Tuner.
