Very impressive work Ben. I'm sure that car drives NIGHT and DAY different now.

And the Stillen air box (he already had Z-tube). I was suprised too. With out the tune adjustment it made 292hp with the addition of the headers, air box and our Xhaust. With more air flow (in and out) I was able to make adjustments to the tune to maximize power.

Haha, good point . Yes, to clarify my dyno was AFTER being Osiris-tuned by CIN.
If you assume similar gains from CIN Xhaust and TDX2 (which I'm not saying they are identical, but just for the purpose of comparison) you're looking at +15HP/+2TQ for Headers/HFCs (which are basically the differences in our two cars).

this is what I find interesting..im a non-revup 5AT and my mods are listed below....ran on a dynojet this past weekend...
245rwhp.
Intake:
ARC Airbox
ARC Intake Pipe
APS Tallboy
Engine:
UR Undriven Crank Pulley
Exhaust:
Motordyne Shockwave TDX V1
Labree Sebring tuning Resonated test pipes
Management
OSIRIS TUNE at 93 Octane
I know that with a 5AT we lose around 15-20hp..roughly. Im not seeing how a revup with those numbers puts down basically 50+ more hp..then again your dynoed one a Mustang Dyno and I know when I used to have my firebird and I dynoed is on mustang dyno vs the dynojet I was scewed around 15-20hp from the different 2 dynos and samve mods.
we had a member who is 06 REVUP that did 255rwhp un-tuned with the same setup I have but with an MREV2 and Crawford plenum...

I was affraid of this but I will clarify some things.
First of all, we have a Mustang 1100 dyno. It is a single roller unit, not a dual roller.
http://mustangdyne.com/dynamometers/md-1100.html
We calibrate monthly to Mustang specs.
We tune in 4th gear to shorten the runs but final runs are done in 5th gear. Check which gear is our 1:0.
http://www.350z-tech.com/zwiki/6spd_Manual_Transmission
It doesn't matter what dyno you are on, increase is increase. This car made 53 more hp and 52 more lbs of tq on the same dyno, with the same correction factor (1.04).
I'm sorry that your car only made 245hp, but take the hp that your car came with from the factory and take off at least 20% for an automatic. We had an 04.5 auto Z with a JWT intake and Borla exhaust that made 229hp / 227tq with a 3.5 diff.
Our track sponsored 03 G35 6mt made 252hp with a Stillen intake, MD plenum spacer, Mrev 2 lower plenum, headers, test pipes, Borla exhaust and a Cobb A/P tune. We deleted the Cobb and tuned with Osiris. We ended up making 276hp / 260tq on a very aggresive tune.
I am tuning an 05, auto Z tomorrow with pop charger, plenum spacer, headers, HFC's and exhaust. I will post up the results, before and after when I am done.
Thanks to all of our customers.

Just a heads up, make sure you have good spark plugs before you have it custom tuned. The first time we tuned my 07 G w/ 42K miles, it made 268hp. I got a misfire code shortly after and replaced my plugs (buy from Nissan dealership, no aftermarket). Then, w/ no other tuning or mods, it made 275hp. I was able to then run another degree of timing ending w/ 281hp.
