No spark #3 cylinder

First time on site... was on 350 but got tired of the "I want my car boosted but don't have any money so I bought E-bay parts and my car blew up" questions

well I am a ASE master tech and was previously working at a nissan dealership so I know my Nissan's inside and out...

well I just insalled a JWT 700BB kit with a "built" motor into a car having no previous experience on this customers car (I didn't take the motor out)... I wasn't the one that took it apart I only installed it as a favor type deal... so onto the problem

#3 cylinder coil does not spark...
swapped coils... #3 still dosent work
checked power and ground... 12.5V and .5 ohms to ground
checked continuity of signal wire for pigtail... .5 ohms
checked continuity of signal wire from ECM to pigtail... .6 ohms
I have signal when the connector is unplugged but as soon as I plug it into a coil the signal is gone!!! either ECM or somewhere in the harness the signal wire is chaffed and is dropping massive voltage when the circuit is completed

just asking if anyone has had this happen to them... this is my 11th JWT install so I am pretty sure I didn't do somtin to mess it up... it sucks I don't even know if this is a pre-existing condition before it was taken apart

thanks for your help and putting up with my rambling

stock computer reflashed by JWT for break-in with stock injectors then will be osiris tuned with the RC 750 injectors (customer is having that done...)

Im sure the coil driver in the ECM is fryed... I took a look at the ECM yesterday... looks like it was pulled out of the bottom of a lake... its all corroded on the outside with paint pen writing all over it... suspicious
