Installing resonators... should I retune? please reply if it saves my engine!!

so I'm probably installing a resonator after each ART test pipe because I have this annoying rasp at 3k rpm in every gear...

but I'm wondering whether I will need to retune? I don't think it should make a huge difference... and I'd rather not retune but if it has a chance of messing up my engine then I'll do it... thanks!!!
