Thumbs down Osiris Dyno tune results on a 2005 A/T Coupe

I have a 2005 A/T coupe with Motordyne ShockWave))) TDX2 exhaust w/side branch resonators,Art Pipes V2, 5/16 Motordyne spacer, stillen cold air intake with z tube and grounding wires. I don't think the tuner really new what he was doing. I kinda feel like he basically did what Uprev would have done if I ordered the Standard through the mail and then just gave me dyno results.I feel that he did not tune everything he could have. My charts looks alittle ruff up top. Is that normal? I also did not get the other map setting like other people have received. He thought they were automatically put in there by Uprev. He call them and they told him he has to put them in. He then told me that it was going to cost me additional money for him to do that. At that point I just wanted to leave because I was getting irritated. I had already payed $600.. Well anyways I'm thinking about taking it somewhere else to have it re-tuned. I might just take it to Austin Tx. to Uprev. What do you guys think?

Numbers seem low.I have a 06 AT Coupe with z-tube,spacer,test pipes, and exhaust.I put down 261hp,and 230T.And I thought mine was low.And they gave me 3 maps.Reg,Valet, and a Kill one(car wont start) All for $600.The tuner even let me sit and wacth. You should have ask them what comes with the tune before they did it.

Numbers seem normal for an AT. There was a local guy who had a slightly more extensive mod list than you which yielded similar numbers. He's since decided to strap some turbos on his car along with building the engine and transmission. The AT's can be a real power sucker, your looking at around 20% loss from a 6mt until you modify it.

- power seems low considering your mods. dynojets aren't known for reading low.
- your graph shouldn't be so bumpy, particularly with smoothing set to 5
- can you confirm the bottom scale is accurate...shouldn't torque and horsepower cross at 5252 rpms?

i recommend you get your money back and go to a different tuner.

I cant confirm it because I don't know. Also the likelihood of me getting my money back is 0. I will just have to pay for a re-tune... It sucks because I drove 4 hours to get my tune. Also doesn't it look like I'm running alittle lean?

Looks like you have some type of restriction...

What are ALL of your mods?

(down to the piping size)

I always thought the sweet spot for A/F ratio is around 12 at WOT... 13 seems high.

exactly why i posted list all of his mods...

The ECU is retarding the timing because he needs to run richer. (it's pinging)

The chart you show is telling me either your engine is pinging and the ecu is pulling timing, hence why you have up down power in the peak RPM's

especially with Smoothing at 5.

Smoothing at 5 should look like a CLEAN linear line.

Smoothing at 1 shows you a lot of funky lines like the ones you've posted.

So you either have pinging, or poor flow intake/exhaust. Something is affecting your power and it HONESTLY seems like aggressive timing on the ecu, and improper fuel added into the combustion chamber.

I am almost willing to suggest to get a few gallons of 100LL gas, and do a few passes on the dyno to see the difference (or run a gallon or two of race gas C16).

If the gas change makes a difference it's the ECU being TOO advanced and causing the pinging. So the ECU as a safety feature pulls timing to save the motor from detonation.

I listed all my mods. Also what do you mean piping size? Exhaust piping?
