Question for those who log/tune with Cipher

I'm trying to become more familiar with Cipher, and figure out the best parameters to log for tuning. I have a few questions to help me better understand this:

1. I figure AFR WB 1 and 2 are what I want to use for an accurate AFR reading. Is this correct, or is there a better one?

2. I'm trying to figure out how throttle position/accel position works. Which one is best, and why don't any of them use a 0-100 percent scale? WOT appears to be around 4.35 for Accel Pedal Position 1, and Throttle Position 1 doesn't make any sense at all.

2. I'm logging Ignition Timing Advance, Engine Speed, and Vehicle Speed. Is there anything else I should be logging? What do most e-tuners like to have logged?

Here's a quick WOT 1st gear log as a reference:

Thanks!

Since I didn't get any solid answers here, here's what I determined (along with my tuner) to be the best set of parameters to log:

A/F Correction 1 and 2
AF Ratio 1 and 2
Accel Pedal Position 1
Calculated Load
Coolant Temp
Engine Speed
Ignition Timing
Injector Pulse 1 and 2
Intake Air Temp
Intake Cam Timing 1 and 2 (If you have a Revup engine you may also have Exhaust Cam Timing)
MAF g/sec
Throttle Position 1
Vehicle Speed

Hope this helps!
