I have been messing around with various requested torque tables on my tune from my current tuner and from someone on here, and I have been noticing a problem.

In normal and spirited driving, the car does shift firmer. I actually really like how the car drove and shifted. However, I noticed that if I floor it on the freeway (causing it to downshift), the transmission slams. So far I have only noticed this on the maps with the increased torque tables.

Has anyone else encountered this? Know what the specific cause may be? At this point i'm switching to the stock torque table because i'm too scared to let it happen again.

 

higher the torque, higher the line pressure, harder the shift
