Long term fuel trims +10% both banks

Is this normal? At a steady 80mph cruise, ~3K rpm my long term fuel trim for both banks shows 10%, I am used to seeing numbers like +- 4%

I have an MREV + spacer, otherwise stock 06 6MT w/ 130K miles of abuse.

Only a P0455 Evap leak/no flow.

The front O2 sensors were new at 100K

Everything seems normal except that with the key on, engine off the MAF reads .115#/min I figure it can compensate for that.

Power seems down, but it always feels slow when it is 80 degrees outside.

10% -/+ is normal on stock VW ECU. I would think its the same across the board. THere is a CEL for too lean and too rich. I glanced at it in TORQUE on my G35 the other day. it was in the +9 area.
