There is a mixed message in here I guess... OP- I overlooked that you're an early MT... before they went to the rev-up. 250 starts to look a bit more reasonable but it still seems low for that kind of hub mounted dyno. I suspect it has something to do with the stock cats but others may be wondering about the tuner.

I think as someone mentions above instead of d1ck measuring guys were just hinting that there was more to be had and if you're going to spend your 600 bucks for a tune that you get your money's worth.

I'm glad you're happy with it but I think many will agree that some free(er) flowing HFCs would have definitely sweetened the deal for you. Maybe for phase 2?

Seems okay to me. I really don't like the dyno chart the shop provided you with. For the money you spent it would have made a lot more sense to buy and diy a plenum spacer before ($150) tuning. Oh well.

I have a sedan also (M35) and dyno'd my car on a dynapack...was pleasantly surprised with results...then added more mods along the way

NEAR STOCK (K&N drop in, stock mufflers w/xpipe and 2.25" piping from cats) =
BASELINE
whp: 229 @ 5953 A/F: 13.79
Tq: 228 @ 4938

with Osiris tune=
whp: 252 @ 5952 A/F: 12.98
Tq: 238 @ 4767

add'l mods
(5/16 MD plenum spacer, K&N drop in, z tube, 2.25" dual exhaust piping from cats - xpipe, high flow resonators - to stock mufflers)

whp: 265 @ 6300
Tq: 245 @ 4745

(5/16 MD plenum spacer, MD MREV2, MD Isothermal gasket, K&N drop in, z tube, G35 Ypipe, Megan exhaust 2.5"mid pipes & axle backs, NGK spark plugs)

whp: 281 @ 6408
Tq: 255 @ 4693

all above mods w/ BERK HFC's:

whp 290 @ 6570
Tq 262 @ 3799

...I think if you feel the difference after your tune, then you're good......
Those are some fantastic gains. Do you have any dyno sheets? I'm most impressed by your final torque numbers.. 262 @ 3800rpm. Damn, the fun starts early!!

160K km on the clock. I guess 250 whp is not that difficult after all.
I think these results are a little (not a lot) low too and a little odd it's only above 4500rpm. However, consider the car is an 03 with 160k and it has been hot (30 degrees C) summer here in TO, they could all play a small role. Also, these bolt-ons are a little different than most and as we've seen with intake mods you could actually be losing HP with them.

All that said, still decent gains from a tune. Lots of good posts on this shop here, including from previous Osiris tunes (and I think they're they only one in Ontario... maybe even Canada).

I'm going to try Advance Powerhouse for a tune in the spring, so I'm in for other comments or reviews.

Its basically stock. Intake= no gain. Exhaust= minimal gain....Plenum Spacer would add more than both.

hey Footballmania...I posted one of my dyno sheets on another thread you commented on
I can't locate the sheet which displays the run I did with the BERKs installed...it's actually very frustrating since I know I put in the same place as the others

anyways, here is the pull prior to the Berks added(same as other post to different thread), as well as a pull done to see my TQ - enjoy...
