Osiris Tuner?

Has anyone bought the DIY Osiris Tuner, if so how difficult is it to operate? I'm the 2nd owner of a 06 g35 coupe automatic and it's all stock.. I havent done any mods YET but im look do to some modding but when I do, I what to get the best Performance as possible. Or would be easier to find a uprev dealer/tuner shop if there is one in Florida

Herrschaft what is you Opinion on aftermarket intake systems? Are they worth the cost and do they really help with the hp/tq?

A simple Z-tube and drop in filter will suffice. Overall the gains are going to be minimal no matter which intake you go with. I would suggest fabbing the stock box to make it more of a cold/ram air intake. SxExCx, a member on here, makes/sells an intake contraption that supposedly works well, I would get with him.

Its not that hard for an NA car as long as you have someone point you in the right direction. There are a few basic things you can do that will make a pretty big difference in the power & responsiveness, and its pretty cool to be able to watch what all is going on in real time (if you're into that sort of thing)

I've been thinking about buying the Osiris Tuner version myself and doing the tuning on my own.

So, seymore, you think I can do most of it myself with a little research on the internet and maybe a few convos with some actual tuners?

Cant be that hard...can it?

Its actually really easy (again, for an NA car) unless you buy it direct from uprev.. they just mail you the cable and say "Enjoy!"

I provide a base tune, detailed instructions, and etuning support if needed for all my customers. Even if you don't mess with critical stuff like fuel or timing, its still useful so that you can change up the maps, rev & speed limiters, disable codes, or just do some minor adjustments to the fuel compensation for a new mod. Also if you have a 5AT you can tweak the torque management for the trans to get it shifting MUCH better... its very difficult to do this without being hands on. Plus the tune kit maintains its value pretty well.. so you're not really losing any money, just owning a more expensive asset

I'll shoot you a PM

Hi guys, just wanted to inform all that I have done an ECU tune with seymore4 and I cant be happier. He has answered all my questions and has been very helpful throughout the whole process. Im very happy with the results and I feel a big difference in performance, and Im not saying that just to get him customers.
Send him a PM if you want a tune : Seymore4

Thanks Joe for the tune

Thats a horrible idea. You won't get a custom tune, just a generic canned tune, then you can't update it or dial it in if you need to... and worst of all you can't drive your car for at least a week. I have loaner cables so you can do it all at home, I'll PM you

With any aftermarket injectors you will need to reflash the ecu and adjust for them.
