Is it time a uprev tune?

Bolt ons:
Art Pipes
TDX2
Nismo CAI
MD 5/16 spacers

My mechanic told me headers are not worth it due to his high intense labor cost and the price of itself.

Anything else I should put on before getting my tune?

I'd recommend new spark plugs but other than that looks like a good mod list. I agree with your mechanic headers are rarely worth the expense on these cars

I've replaced OEM ones with NGK spark plugs, is that fine?

I would say yes you definitely would benefit from a tune. Price depends on the shop but typically $600-800 for a reflash and tune. Or you can pick up an Osiris standard cable for around $400 then just go pay for the actual dyno tuning, should only be $300 or so. That way you'd have the cable so you can reflash back to stock and sell it used later on if you part out, check and clears codes, etc.

Also since you have an 03 you (or the shop) will have to repin the OBD2 connector before they can reflash it, some shops charge extra for that so I would check ahead of time if you're planning on having them do it.

Feel free to shoot me a PM if you've got any questions how it works.

By the time I'd added your mods I was throwing error codes telling me I was running lean. Had no choice but to get a Osiris tune and really enjoyed the extra WHP and torque from the tune...yes you're due!

Literally all the mods you listed are air breathing mods. You increased air flow away above stock and didn't retune your air to fuel ratios so your car is spotting less gas then it should (running lean).

A tune will make the Air to Fuel ratio decrease and therefore make your engine run more efficiently, cooler, and safer!

A proper tune will correctly calibrate the fuel delivery so that its running just right, not rich OR lean. Sometimes that means increasing the A/F ratio, sometimes decreasing.

Could you explain to me what are the downsides of running "lean"?
And some guy from my local group is trying to sell me a license from Uprev to get my car tuned by Junor(claims hes the best tuner in America), should I do it?

Running lean can cause detonation, and in extreme cases wreck your motor. At best you just don't make good power. Who's Junor?

Never heard of him. The only way to know if you're running lean is to check the A/F ratio either on the dyno or with a wideband datalogging. Sometimes you get a CEL but not always
