Interested in results. I have a very similar mod list but 6MT, ARTs, and the Gemini...plus I've already done an UpRev tune (courtesy of Seymore4). Good luck.

 

Be nice to your G before having a tune, change your oil & filter so she's fresh! All those pulls at red line are easier with new/fresh oil!

so i think i changed my oil about a month ago mabye 600 miles or so. i was gonna top it off? that ok or should i just replace it again... ill be up to probably 1200 miles by the time i get the tune

 

also... GOT THE GEMINI!!! installing it next week when it comes

just got an offer email from firestone for a 20$ kendall gt-1 synthentic blend oil change.

i was gonna do it myself the day before the tune, but for 20$... worth it? or should i just get the normal full synthetic valvoline i normally go with

 

Yeah keep us posted. I was hoping to get a dyno tune as well, but winter came pretty much over night here in Wisco.

 

Why would you consider going from synthetic to a blend? For a few more $$ you can get 6 quarts of Mobil1 from Costco which is better than Valvoline or Kendall!

because for 20 bucks they would do it for me lol. and its freezing in PA right now. but ya, after looking more. just gonna go get my mobil 1 and change it out on sunday

 

do it yourself,,things can go wrong..

 

gonna change it out monday when its warmer, tune wednesday!
