G35 Misfire And Rough Idle

Hello I’m new to this forum so I’m sorry if I’m posting this in the wrong place. I have a 2006 G35x and 5 or 6 months ago it started to misfire at idle and as it got worse I noticed a performance loss and rough idle, so I changed the spark plugs and that helped a little but as time went on it degraded again. I did get the check engine light tested when I changed the plugs and it has a couple codes including misfire, yaw rate sensor, and an o2 sensor code. Recently I’ve noticed it’s gotten even worse so I got the cel tested and this time it has 25 codes, all maf, o2, intake temp, and some various other ones but NO misfire even though I can clearly feel it misfiring and driving roughly, I’ve tried cleaning the maf which didn’t do anything, I was considering changing o2 sensors but since they are all going off I feel like that’s probably not the issue. Also I was wondering what can it do to my engine if I have a cylinder misfiring, from what I’ve heard it only messes up your cats but I’m not sure. If anyone could offer any help or information about it that would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

G35 sedan built short block
Maybe vacuum leak

I would check around the intake tube for cracks this is a common issue. Also maybe clean your MAF sensor.

Pull and inspect the plugs again, never know what you might find.

Thanks for all the help, it ended up being a bad coil pack as well as a shortage in the o2 sensor system, and since they all go to one fuse it would blow the fuse immediately rendering all of the sensors useless.
