D1 Grand Prix in Las Vegas
I was out there with a lot of my Las Vegas clients with their club (350zen) It was way hot. I've been in 110+ degree heat for the last three weekends straight, between the time attacks and this last weekends Vegas Extreme Autofest....its killing me.
The event went pretty well. Cars I/ We (Relentless Autosports) built won.....
*3rd place- Best Mittsubishi (Sincity350Z's EVO)
*3rd place- Best Nissan (my 350Z)
*2nd place- Best Nissan (Nforce1's 350Z)
*1st place- Best Nissan (Miss350ZNV's 350Z)
**and Best Of Show Nissan (Crabbey1's 350Z)
proud to have these Vegas cars represent us so well and sweep the Nissan class.

Hello,
The D1 event and car show were both awesome! There was some great cars on display, and the drift cars were off the hook!
Congratulations to Ryan Hampton for being the top USA qualifier (6th in the top 16). He was scored 98.8 out of 100 during qualifiying (most of the Japanese drivers scored 99.4 or better). Unfortunately, after some suspension issues Ryan was out in the first round. At the end of the night during the burn out competition, he was declared "The Smoke King".
Also,
Congratulations to Team Top Secret and there Z33 (RB powered) for winning the D1 event!
Congratulations to all of the car show winners as well!

Got back from Vegas yesterday. It was only 110 degrees this year, compared to 120 last year. It was a decent turnout of cars. It was about the most 350Z's I have seen at a show, congrats to you guys. Although there were only 4 G's. My wife didn't feel like walking around, so I didn't see the drag races and just watched the D1 on the big screen.
I did take home 1st place Infiniti and Best of Show Engine.

^^^Congrats! Very nice G. I wonder why they only gave out a first place trophy for Infiniti though. Any ideas?

There were only 4 G's there and I think one of them was only there for display not show.
They require 5 vehicles to make a class. Some of the other classes also only had 1 winner and some 2 winners.
