The poll would be a good idea. Except i get the feeling that 99% of the people from each region are going to vote for thier region, instead of voting for a good location that's more accesible. then it'll just come down to which region has the most people vote on the subject.

Not New Orleans. Absolutely no. The roads are worse than horrible, and the city isn't any better. If it's in New Orleans, I'm not going. (Sorry in advance for anyone from there)
Not a big fan of Sin City either.

Consider me the 1% that would vote out of my region then. I would say central even though I'm in FL. 1: good excuse for a road trip, 2: far more likely to happen, 3: More of the Cali crowd would show if it was central (as opposed to east), and I do want to see some of those sick west side sedans in person!

Let's get this going. All we need is someone who can take the lead and plan this.

Normally. I would jump on the chance to plan something like this. But I'm still in Afghanistan. So I cannot get numbers to places and call them to see about using parking space. Or laws about group gatherings and such. I've helped plan quite a few car shows, and cruises in the Tennessee area. I've got pretty good insight on the best people to contact, and how to approach them, and what questions to ask. But Like I said, being in Afghanistan for another 2 months approximately. It'd be hard. I'm more than willing to help out someone who does decide to step up. I also still say centralize the location. Make it fair for everyone, and it'll also show who's really into it and willing to drive more than 300 miles to make a meet of epic proportions.

No offense, but isn't Kansas City a little meh?

What about Denver?
...just out of the flat lands for some nice cruise roads.
We could do a run to somewhere like Breckenridge etc

...still doable for CDN & East coast members.

Just throwing it out there

CO is a bit far from the east coast, but Brekenridge is AWESOME.

someone just make a thread about which region to have it at so we could narrow down our choices and stop putting out random areas.

I think we would need to see how many people are actually going to be committed to something like this. Versus people that are like yeah i'd probably go... if it was here...
im down to go whereever it is... my girl would love crusing across the country like this.
