Me too but my car will appear as it sits right now, except for maybe an Ionic emblemless grill. The rest of my summer mod money's going to the trip. At gas prices where they are now we're looking at over $1200 just in gas from here to there and back. I even researched how much it would cost to ship my car there and fly out and it was a little more expensive than driving so road trip it is.

I believe Ionic is releasing the 05-06 grills this week, a couple of people already have them. 03-04 is in the works but no definite finish date that I know of. Sorry...........

1200 for gas hum that seems high. I figure 600 for me there and back. The last time I did 2600 miles. To ship my car down is 600 then airfare

You may be right. I think I doubled the cost. It looks like it's 1300 miles one way so 2600 + round trip. At an average of 23 MPG that's 113 gallons at $4.25/gallon so ~ $480 for gas.

^ Hope you're not filling up in CA - this past week it was $4.76 for 91 locally for me

Is no one planning to double up to split driving time/gas money or is everyone wanting to go solo so they can drive their own cars?

gas will be much cheaper by the time the meet gets here... it was anticipated to drop as much as .50 from last week to Memorial weekend...

it doesnt recoup all the money spent on killing Osama, but it's somethin'

Damn that's expensive. No, we are all typical vain G owners and want to bring our cars to show off.

That would make me happy. I'll get a chance to use the low octane flash from the tune I got a couple of weeks ago so that'll be cool.

It's ~$3.75 here in Phoenix, 91 is just over $4. We don't get the good 93

I'm planning on rolling out Friday morning right after I drop the kids off at school so ~9am. I'll be taking I-10 and am about 25 minutes from the west side of Phoenix (I-10 and AZ-101). If any of you guys are rolling through @ the same time I would love to meet up.
