Just a heads up!
The underground parking garage at Diamond Plaza in Rowland Heights is not slam friendly. In fact, it's not even stock height friendly. The problem is the steep drop into & out of the underground lot. I used to scrape my entire undercarriage even at stock height, I wouldn't dare go into there now that I'm lowered. Also parking at noon at Diamond Plaza is a guaranteed bitch. That's the dim sum time-frame. Gonna be more crowded than a mall parking lot on black friday lol.
Speed bumps shouldn't be a problem at both locations, they're small at both places.
I live in Hacienda Heights (next to Rowland) and my girl lives in Irvine - I guess I'll be driving down to Diamond Jamboree then back up to Rowland lmao.

I'm really surprised, that steep entrance to the underground lot is like a rollercoaster drop. It got me every time, thought my exhaust was gonna fall off.

Dude I'm there almost every single weekend. It's a pretty regular deal. Our crew has plenty of dropped vehicles. We don't have issues. Your car must be insanely low or something. My friend who runs Tein S-Techs still clears with planks....and those DROP the hell out of his car.
