new phone, phonebook problems.....

I just got a Nokia 6555, the phone itself it nice but I can not for the life of me get my phonebook downloaded nor single contacts. Anyone figure this out?

i got a nokia n75 which is the s60 platform and i use the data cable and the nokia pc suite to get all my contacts... you got the s40 platform so i assume it's similar?
