What I am after is a compact flash adapter that will fit into the CF slot in the G (those with Nav and Tech packages) that becomes a multi card read?. A multi card reader device that plugs into a compact flash port.

In effect, I would like the ability to use not only use CF cards, but all sorts of memory cards that I happen to have lying around.

Does anyone know if this particular device exists?.

using this adaptar are you able to play more music then the 512 song limit that we have on the CF cards??

ckp I think that 512 song limit is in the hardware not the CF card limit (ie. the headunit controller).
