Having a couple issues after getting radio replaced

Well I was having the radio preset problem like a few other people on this board and took it to the dealership. They replaced my whole unit including my nav (they actually put an updated navigation map on it. Just bought a new house and the house would never show up on the old navi but it does on this one) Well anyways, after they replaced it, I ran into a couple problems and before I took it back to them, I thought Id ask here first.

1. My AC/Heater used to stay on always after I turn my car off and then turn it back on, but now, the AC stays off whenever I turn the car back on. Not a big deal but Im used to just leaving the air on at my set temp but now I have to turn it on everytime I turn the car on.

2. There used to be a beep sound whenever I lock the car using the push button on the door handle which let me know that the car was locked. Not the loud horn sound whenever you press the lock on the remote but the little beep sound. Well now, its not working at all.

3. I like driving with my side markers on and now whenever I turn the car off and open the door, the lights are on warning beep doesnt beep anymore.

Just wondering if theres something unplugged or missing here. I checked all the comfort/conv. options and couldnt find any of these issues. Anyone else running into these?

Sorry for the long *** post.
