Compact flash PROBLEM????
Hi, everyone I recently bought a NEW 08 G35 sedan and bought a new 8GB Kingston compact flash(CF). How do we store songs on the compact flash I tried this morning by transferring from CD to the CF by pressing the record button in the car, but nothing was getting added
to the CF. SO DO I have to do something to the CF before adding songs or is there another way to do this???

Yup... the CF slot is a player, not a recorder.
There is more information in the owners manual. 8GB is overkill. 2 or 4 GB is all you really need, due to the limits for files and folders.
