Auto rollup window function not working

So I just picked up my car this afternoon from the body shop after getting rear ended at a stoplight =/. Driving wise everything is fine, but then I noticed that the right rear window auto roll up function doesn't work, but the auto roll down function still does. The impact was mainly to the right rear side, so could that have any correlation? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

*Note* also, the trick you can do by manually inserting your key into the keyhole and then holding it to the lock position closes all the windows, coincidentally the right rear window doesn't close when I do this

Here's a pic from the trunk

Since the body shop probably disconnected your battery, you just need to reset the windows via the switches.

Nevver had to do it but I believe you roll down your windows and roll them up and hold the switches few more seconds after they are up. I think it is in the manual also.
