Recording Albums

I think I know the answer but I'll go ahead and ask anyway. I'm putting my CDs into my music box, which is an awesome feature, by the way, but many of the albums have songs that run into each other. The way they are recorded is track 1, track 2, track 3, etc. This puts a second or two hesitation or "spacer" between the tracks. Can the CDs be recorded as non-interrupted albums?

Thanks...

Mike

I have what sounds like the same issue on a couple of albums. I think this issue is actually very similar to the same issue when playing back a recorded album on a computer. It may be possible to combine the tracks on a computer but the format that is used would have to be suitable. The other problem I could see would be how the tracks would show up, possibly as a single track?

My guess is that you'd have to modify the album as pfarmer suggests and then transfer back to the car. It would just play like one continuous track though.
