How to remove rear parcel shelf bose woofer?

Does anyone know how to remove the bose subwoofer from the rear deck? I'm assuming the entire top panel has to be removed, but was hopeful that maybe the bose grille could just pop-off and give access to the bolts that hold the woofer in?

Thanks.

Is there a write up on this anywhere? Can someone explain how to do this? I need to take out the stock sub and am having a little trouble myself.
