I have recorded voice tags for about 20 of my contacts in vehicle's built-in phonebook. When I try to give a voice command "Phonebook <voicetag>", in many cases it will repeat the right voicetag but starts dialing a different number that is in my address book in the vehicle's phonebook.

Anyone else have these issues and what am I potentially doing wrong here? I also noticed there was a Service Bulleting ITB07-015A which updates the software to a newer version for those with voice recognition issues but not sure that applies in this case since it did identify the right voicetag.

Any suggestions?

^ i had the same issue and worse before i got the TSB performed and all is working great now! But i had to print out and take the tsb's to the dealer as they refused to recognize any such issues.

 

Which TSB did you have done on the vehicle to correct this problem?
