anyone else experience this problem. wont sync with the car bluetooth anymore after stupid 4.0 update

Im having the exact same issues on my 07 G35 Sedan. I had a 3GS that worked on bluetooth no problem. As soon as i bought the iphone 4, the bluetooth no longer works.

I have friends with other vehicles who are experiencing no issues since upgrading to 4.0, so im thinking it may be related to the software on the car. I'm going to ask about updating my cars software when i'm at the dealer this weekend.

No problem with my iP4. Did you do an "un-pair" first in the car?

 

mine used to connect automatically after i paired it and saved the phone on the phone list,

now after the 4.0 update, every now and then i haveta re pair the phone witht he car even if the phone is saved on the list, very annoying.

 

The iOS4 update has done nothing to my phone in terms of functionality with the car.
It has, however, slowed it down to a fvcking crawl.
I was ready to just throw my hands up and buy the new model, but I'm really trying to curb my spending (saving for a new toy)

I'm working on a method to downgrade and if I'm successful, I'll let ya's know.

Newly updated 3GS iphone wouldn't allow bluetooth.....I've tried to re-pair.....with spotty success. Synched phone this morning and now won't play itunes or allow bluetooth. I'll try to re-pair again - am I going to have to re-pair with the car everytime I sync???
