Will the euro-cluster fit my US-spec G35x?

Will the euro-cluster fit my US-spec G35x?
How do you think, will the euro-cluster (speedometr, tahometr, etc. moving) from the '07 EURO-Spec G35x fit my US-Spec G35x, also '07? I wonder if such features like radar cruise-control would work, as EURO-Spec G35 didn't have it. Though they got rear fog lamp on it

Any ideas?

Heard, that '10 instrument cluster (with the white lcd screen) fits '07 G's...
