Hey guys just bought my g a few months ago i loved the boss system at first but now its getting old lol.Im kinda new at systems i just use to through boxes in the trunk then over with.But i wana do this 1 right.
I just bought a 12inch jl audio w7.Now i just need to get all the door speakers.does anyone have any idea whas a good set up with this w7 being my bass.there r so many speakers out there i want crisp clean sounding .Just ther eis so many options.Thanks guys

 

focal, image dynamics, alpine type x pro, and jl audio are all pretty nice..I have the type x pros, I used to have a set of focal in another car and a set of image dynamics a while back..I would say that the focals are may favorite a very warm sound and nice punch in the mid. the alpines take a lot of power but the tweeter tends to get a bit tinny. I would just go into a few shops and listen to them to get an idea its pretty subjective.

Hey guys a little update.I just orderd infinit kappa perfect 10 6 1/2 door speakers componets for the front.But i find out the front door speakers r 10inch diameter.Isnt that like a sub.I want my car to sound clear i already have a w7 i dont want 10 inch door speakers now.does anyone have any input on what they did with there system.I have the bose package thanks

 

yes the stock bose system has subs in the doors, u can easily get a fit in mold made that would convert the 10" hole to 6.5" should be a simple diy.

 

do u know were i would be able to find tht conversion fom the 10 to a 6.5 or do u think the 10 wold be fine.I think the w7 12inch sub would be enough base do u think
