Hardwire Valentine1

Just bought an '07 G35X and I must Hardwire my Valentine1 so I don't have to use the cig lighter and also have a cleaner look. Do I do this at the dealership or find an independent car audio place?
Also will an independent car audio store know how to bypass the safety feature which prevents me from playing videos while driving, for my toddler son not for me?
Thanks

well it should be easy to hardwire the valentine i am sure u can search it on youtube. the bypass for your monitor should be easy as well although if the screen is in the back it shouldn't be a problem of grounding the security because its not in the dash and shouldn't be the main monitor but an external monitor. Both these answers can be found by searching on google dont waste your money paying someone else to splice solder and ground two wires you could do in under an hour. hope that helps.
