Had the car in the dealer today. For the screen issue, they ended replacing the a/v headunit (25915-JK600). the screen itself was not replaced. Hopefully that'll do the trick, but only time will tell.

Dealer couldn't find any error codes in my system but said that 9 times out of 10 the screen is dying. They've ordered me a new screen and it will be covered under warranty. I'll check back again after the work is done.

@ Comatose, is all ok since your controller replacement?

Alright, the screen was replaced and all seems fine now. It was replaced under warranty.
