i have the in-dash bose 6-disc changer; and in the process of swapping cd's, the screen just said 'eject disc', and it's pretty much stuck that way now.
i was able to 'change discs' but whichever disc i would select, the same 'eject disc' would appear.
tried holding the eject button, which did nothing.
pulled the fuse for the audio and left it out for about an hour and it's done nothing.
if anything, it may have gotten worse, because now it won't even show how many discs are in the changer, can't change discs. it's just stuck on the 'eject disc' note.
any ideas?

 

ok... so..
it seems to have fixed itself. started up the car, and it immediately said 'changing disc' even though i was listening to the radio. swapped over to 'disc' and it just started playing.
go figure.
