How To Connect Any Bluetooth Audio Capable Phone

Would you like to connect your iPhone or Android Bluetooth-capable phone to your G35 via Bluetooth A2DP?

I've tried several months to find a cost-efficient and effective solution since my '08 G35 doesn't have navigation.
Doing this will let you hear all multimedia sounds like your music, Netflix, Navigation, and such on your phone to be sent wirelessly by bluetooth to your G35.

Turns out all you need to buy is this product below. It is a Bluetooth Dongle that includes all the necessary cables like 3.5mm auxiliary to RCA and the USB power cord.

On your iPhone or Android phone, turn your Bluetooth ON and search for devices to connect to. You will then find the A2DP compatible device that is in your armrest compartment listed in your device list to connect to. The default PIN is 0000. Afterwards, when playing music on your phone, choose to output it to the bluetooth device.

To top it all of, if you so wish, get a phone car mount and attach it to your windshield.

Any questions, please ask. Have a nice day.

Good luck and ask any questions.

I'm in the same situation as you, and I would love to play my music without any wires dangling around.

How's the audio quality. Let's say compared to using the 3.5mm Jack or playing a CD? Can you still use the handsfree pairing to receive and make calls without switching blutooth devices? At the same time, does this support the steering wheel controls?

The audio quality is phenomenal. It sounds the same, if not better than when plugged into the 3.5mm jack. A lot of people get confused whether the audio quality will be bad or not and that's mostly because those lousy analog FM transmitters have entered the market, which is another wireless, yet low fidelity solution. This, however, is a digital high quality solution and you will not sacrifice sound because you're using bluetooth.

You can, but not simultaneously. You must choose either the A2DP streaming system or the Infiniti's bluetooth system. The phone will auto connect to either system, but only one, so you must specify it on your phone. Personally, I would remove the Infiniti handsfree device off of the phone's bluetooth list and only have the A2DP on it. That way, your phone is not plugged into anything, music can be streamed wirelessly without the hassle of cables, and calls can be heard over your car's speakers. Think of this as a wireless Aux, every sound from your phone (music and calls) will be wirelessly forwarded to the bluetooth receiver, which is plugged into your Aux in your armrest console.

Hope this response helped.

Lol, never thought to use discord for this. But doesn't the OEM bluetooth only work through limited speakers?
