Blue Tooth streaming

I was wondering if anyone had replaced the head unit in their 07 G35 sedan to one that was able to stream blue tooth. I think it's call A2DP or something along those lines. If successfully done which model and year head unit did you use and was it easy to find?

Thanks

I thought these came prewired for bluetooth. Message Wrathernaut, he is an audio/electronics expert and he is a moderator. You can find his name at the bottom of the page. in blue.

Pretty sure that's just for the hands free phone connection.

Just get one of these:

http://amzn.com/B00ANDHBNShttp://amzn.com/B00ANDHBNS

And plug it into this:

And connect it to your aux input with this:

This is the exact setup I have and it works great. Streams in stereo over Bluetooth from my iPhone and everything is tucked away in the center console out of sight.

I've seen the aftermarket additions but I also own a 2012 Acura TL and it does everything through the head unit which is ultimately what I would like. I don't care about the cost really. To answer the above question yes it is blue tooth capable for phone only, not A2DP streaming. I guess I got spoiled by the Acura and REALLY want the same thing in my G. Which as far as I can tell is far superior in every column except this and I'll chock that up to age!

Thanks

I also looked for Wrathernaut but could not find him listed in the admins list you mentioned. Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you man.. I have a wired 3.5mm setup right now and this will be a lot cooler. Controls are still through the phone right?

Thanks for sharing your setup. I changed it a bit as the same Bluetooth module was DOA. I replaced with a Blackberry Music Gateway instead.
