CD Player on 2008 G35x Jammed!

Hi everyone! I'm new and sadly, this is my first post. I have had my G35x for almost exactly 2 years and a few weeks ago, the CD player jammed while changing discs. I was playing a song and then when the song ended, it went to change to the next CD and has been stuck that way ever since. Every time I'm in the car, I can hear it trying to switch CDs but then nothing happens. When I press the eject or load button, it beeps 3 times and shows the message "ejecting" then "Please Eject CD". Has this happened to anyone else? I am so sad about it because this is my 2nd Nissan that has had an issue with the radio. Fortunately, I have an ipod connection and the XM radio, but I'd like to get my CDs out of there one day, and I'm afraid to take it to the dealer, because when I had my Murano, they wanted $2,000 to diagnose the radio issues on that one! I know that it's going to be expensive because the radio is linked to the heating system, but if anyone has any advice, I'd be grateful!

Thanks!

Have you tried the "eject all" trick by holding down the eject button for about 10 seconds?

Yeah I've tried that but nothing happens. It's totally stuck. I've even tried to slide a butter knife into the CD slot to try and get the CDs to move that way and still...nothing. Thanks though!

Just a thought. Maybe try disconnecting the battery.

I usually rip my CDs and copy them back to a CD-R as jukebox mp3 before inserting each disc into the changer. I would definitely not use a labeled CD.

At least I won't be out of luck if they get stuck.
